Product Testing

1.Tensile Strength Testing:

This is a mechanical property test method in which a unidirectional tensile force is applied to a standard specimen on a material testing machine, causing it to undergo elastic deformation, plastic deformation, and eventually fracture under the action of slowly and continuously increasing tensile force.

2.UV Resistance Testing:

This is an accelerated aging test method that applies single or combined aging factors (such as high temperature, ultraviolet radiation, damp heat, ozone, salt spray, xenon lamp, cold and heat cycle, etc.) to materials or products under laboratory conditions that are more stringent than the natural use environment, and measures the degree of change in their appearance, mechanical properties, electrical properties, chemical structure, etc. after a specified time or cycle.

3.Environmental Resistance Testing (also known as “environmental durability testing”):

This is an experiment conducted under laboratory conditions, simultaneously or sequentially applying various environmental stresses (high temperature, low temperature, alternating damp heat, salt spray, ultraviolet light, xenon lamp, ozone, gas corrosion, vibration, shock, dust and water resistance, etc.) to fiber optic cable slack storage, thereby accelerating the simulation of the comprehensive climate conditions that may be encountered throughout its entire life cycle.

4.Salt Spray Test:

This is an accelerated corrosion test method in which a 5% NaCl (pH 6.5–7.2) solution is continuously sprayed into a closed, constant-temperature (around 35 ℃) salt spray chamber, so that the surface of the sample is continuously exposed to salt-containing fine droplets.
